My Mission

 

Helping organisations create great workplaces. A place that people want to work for, and employees want to stay for.

 

Why? Because I’ve experienced firsthand how a workplace can either energise or drain you.

 

Personally, I’ve always loved my work, but it’s the culture that’s determined whether I’ve felt I could truly thrive and bring my best self to work. The right organisational culture doesn't just make work better—it makes life better, considering how deeply our work impacts our personal lives and overall well-being The difference I’d like to make in this world is to play my part in enabling others to thrive in the workplace and beyond.

 

My Story

 

With a background in business and a Master’s degree in Change, Leadership, and Performance, I have spent the last 20 years honing my skills in organisational development. I founded Culture Zone to address the growing need for data-driven, human-centred approaches to cultural transformation.

I've seen too many organisations struggling with high turnover, low morale, and ineffective leadership. I know that with the right tools and guidance, these organisations could achieve remarkable transformations, without judgement.

 

My goal is to provide actionable insights and sustainable solutions that lead to lasting improvements.

 

I help organisations create environments where employees feel valued, leaders are empowered, and businesses thrive. I've had the pleasure of living and working in sunny South Africa, picturesque New Zealand, and now, the beautiful Surrey Hills in the UK.

For in-person engagements, I am available in the Greater London area.

My Approach

 

My approach is grounded in proven methodologies but is always practical and shaped around my clients' unique contexts and objectives. I love unravelling complex people dynamics and finding practical, actionable solutions to address them.

 

In terms of leadership coaching, I apply a blend of coaching practices, primarily based on the principles of the Co-Active Coaching approach, in which I received formal training.

 

My coaching style is best described through the analogy of a personal trainer who helps you at the gym. Just as a trainer provides encouragement and support while also pushing you to lift heavier weights and achieve new personal bests, I offer a balance of empathy and challenge to help leaders grow and reach their full potential. The right mix of support and challenge ensures continuous improvement and sustained success.

I am dedicated to partnering with clients honestly and transparently, driving positive change with results that are meaningful, measurable, and lasting. All of this and a dash of playfulness in the mix.
