Culture assessment – an objective and measurable starting point. In a 10-15 minute online survey, employees answer three values questions about their personal values, current culture, and ideal culture.

Price: Pricing ranges from £3,735. to £5,020 based on the organisation's size. Includes a full report, 1-hour debrief with main sponsor, and a one-day debrief and prioritising workshop with the leadership team.​

Culture Conversations

Delve deeper and engage with your people to co-create the future. Facilitated listening sessions with employee groups to take a deeper dive into impact of the current culture, the benefits of the desired culture, most importantly, bring them along the change journey.

Plan for the desired culture. Design of a culture change plan, encompassing culture assessment results, culture conversation feedback, leadership priorities and resource availability.
